Fresh flowers but a severe lack of flowers

On arrival the flowers looked fresh but there was a severe lack of flowers for the cost.

Thank you for your review. We would like to apologise for any disappointment caused and the description that you have provided regarding the value of the flowers delivered does cause us some concern.

We insist that orders are delivered to the value of the items chosen by our customers.

From your description, this may not appear to be the case and so we hoped you may be able to provide a photo of the flowers received. This allows us to see precisely what has been delivered as well as provide far more detailed feedback to the florist involved.

In order to do this, simply go to: Click on the 'Email Us' icon and when the new window opens click on the email link on the right hand side of the page. Please be sure to include your order reference number and an image of the flowers if at all possible.

Our Customer Service team would be keen to investigate this with the florist concerned.
