I puchased a mattress several weeks ago via the website, paid in full and arranged delivery. Due to unforseen circumstances I have to be somewhere else on the Saturday I arranged delivery for so had to rearrange deilvery. I could not do this online for some reason even though I should be able to so I had to resort to contacting customer services. I emailed customer services twice and got no reply so decided to call instead. I spent 3 consecutive lunch hours listening to hold music and not being able to contact anyone so phoned one of the stores who gave me a different number. 20 minutes after phoning this number I managed to speak to someone who took 20 minutes to rearrange my delivery for a different date. I recieved no email confirmation of this change and it wasn't shown in my account but I assumed that as she said the date had been changed then that is what has occurred. Delivery date arrived and I was home especially, but no delivery person phoned me in the specified time frame to let me know when the mattress would be delivered and rather predictably no mattress turned up. I assume that even after my epic efforts to rearrange delivery it will still turn up next weekend when I am not here. This is truly abysmal service which is made even worse by the fact I have actually paid extra for delivery so I can make sure that I am in.
