I am still waiting the payments for the tickets that I sold 1 month ago!!
This is ridiculous and unacceptable because in its web site says that you will receive your payments 8 days after the event has been performanced.
Customer services only send me emails informing that they have escalated my problem to another department, but they dont give me any kind of solution or explanation about where my money is and how long its going to take to receive my payment.
I think 1 month waiting for a simple solution is enough, don´t you?
I sold various tickets on September through the website called Viagogo with around 500 pounds but I haven't still got my payment back. Apparently in my account it seems to be everything alright so I don´t understand why I haven´t received my money yet if in their web site says that you will receive the payment after a maximum of 8 days after the performance.
The customer service is worthless because I also tried to contact with them twice 2 weeks ago ( via email), but none reply at all.
I feel really dissapointed and frustated because I don´t know whom I have to contact in order to sort my problem. I don't know what they are doing with my money!!!!
