I was out when DHL tried to deliver. In contacting them I was happy to find out I could collect it from their nearby service centre, which I requested. Only to be told Repertoire have to authorise this! More delay whilst I get repertoire to email DHL. Finally, 3 days later I arrive at the service centre having been told by repertoire it would be there after 4pm. The service centre tell me they have no trace of my parcel. I have no idea where it is… and I don't have it for the birthday present I wanted it for
