well, what can one say about Currys

just spent 30 minutes trying to buy a tumble dryer from this electrical store. What an experience. The first assistance tried her best and did explain that she was new and did not know a great deal. So went a got a , I suppose a senior store assistant . I say senior, even he did not know the products either, so went for someone who was more experienced, 5 minutes later he came back with yet another store assistant, I asked the simple question, what does it mean when it says heat pump, bearing in mind it says condenser tumble dryer, she explained it needed venting, of course this put me of so went. for one of the cheaper models, The sales assistant then checked to see if my second choice was in stock for delivery, after 5 minutes she came back and said it was available for delivery with a small delivery charge. so we agreed to buy the product and proceeded to the counter to pay for the purchase. Again the store assistant, If you can call them that, said she would be back in five minutes and asked me to wait by the Till. 10 minutes later there was no sign of the assistant. I just gave up and left without buying anything. So Curries you lost a sale because you have untrained, unhelpful store assistants, if they are representative of your company, then you deserve to fail and go the same way as comets, extinct. I for one will never buy from your stores again.
By the way, I managed to get the same product online, cheaper, quicker and free delivery in two days of ordering.
