Wonderful natural fibres in great colours
I have just received my first Woolovers garments and am thrilled with them. The Merino/Cashmere is wonderful , soft, light , warm and a good fit. It's so good to see natural fibres at an affordable price from a British company. I shall try the cotton/cashmere next - it sounds divine. I agree with another reviewer about the nylon tags - it would be very easy to snag the garment on them without realising.

No stars - rubbish service.
They had my ipod for 6 weeks - and for a simple battery replacement. When it came back it was no better than when it was sent away so we don't think they actually did anything - although we can't prove this. I had to email and phone so many times to chase the return of my property that I lost count. The telephone response gave the impression of a company who were very professional - pity the actual repair wasn't.

Very quick , well tracked delivery, great price.
Very good service. I was particularly impressed with the delivery tracking, which gave me a 1 hour delivery slot and it arrived on the dot. Good price for an unusual item. On the whole a great service.
