Missing Parts and Panels

Despite checking that all parts and units were available we travelled a round trip of over 120 miles only to find that the end panels were not there. Following a period where various people blamed each other we were eventually able to pick the panels up from the manufacturer several days later. The manufacturer (PWS) was incidently only 2 miles away from where we live.
Despite all this inconvenience and cost, as we had to cancel a fitter, we were never contacted by anyone at DIY Kitchens with even a suggestion of an appology.
I doubt that we will use them again.
