They might not always be the cheapest, but I've never had a problem with them.

I've only used Scan once. I've heard bad reports about them in the past but decided to give them a go. I ordered an item that I failed to obtain through the appalling kenable ltd.
The order was completed and delivered quickly and I received numerous emails and SMS massages over the order processing and delivery period keeping me informed. I was very impressed so would definitely use them again.
I've used Dabs a lot over the years. I've always had a good experience. They're usually the cheapest and provide a good service.
OUt of over a dozen orders, I've had a couple faulty items from them (though that can happen with any seller). One was a faulty motherboard. They sorted the problem out quickly and even refunded the cost of the CPU that I sent back too. The CPU was fine, but because it had been installed on the faulty motherboard, and its paste had been wiped off, they had no problem replacing it.
I don't like the fact you can't speak to them though... only chats only. So only 4 stars because of this.
Have used SVP for years. Excellent service.
They seem to sort out any problems you have quickly too.
I've used Amazon for years. Their service is a benchmark by which every other online sellers can be measured.
All round excellent.
(Though some of the market place sellers can reflect badly on them...)
I can't report a positive experience.
I ordered a hard drive docking station with them through the Amazon market place. A package arrived quickly but when I opened it, it wasn't the model I ordered, but one that had received considerably worse reviews. On top of that, it didn't appear new to my eyes (and also to those of a colleague sat next to me when I opened the package).
I sent several emails to Kenable asking for this to be resolved. Eventually they agreed to take it back and promised to refund the item and cost of returning it to them. So I returned it...
Once returned, they then tried to offer me the correct item. Emails were getting no where so I posted my negative feedback on Amazon and rang them. Following this phone call, I received a refund for just the item.
I'm now chasing the cost of the return. Latest email from them suggests they won't be refunding that until I take down the negative feedback.
My advice is if you want to avoid crap like this, choose somewhere else.

Boy were we wrong! We tried our upmost to make him happy but he wasn't interested in anything but being very difficult.
We did find the negative feedback a little harsh, even though we've upgraded his order, upgraded his delivery, refunded him in full and still he complained.
Customer has been refunded his return postage.
