its powdered food with a twist, you add water, stir then eat.....simple!!
the food tastes like it should and you don't get hungry, i've done it for a week but on the weekend I don't do it and lost 4lb......
its easy to prepare at work, I tend to blend the milkshakes with ice in a blender which makes them frothy.
I've even got my boyfriend doing it as I really don't do porridge so he has it for his breakfast......
