I was promised a refund for a cancelled (due to delayed delivery) order of a 'Charles Le C. LC4 Chaise Longue Chair'. I was informed that it could take up 30 working days to make it happen and was assured that I would get my refund latest the 6th ofseptember. Still no money, but Infurns swedish representative is very polite and nice and says that the money will come. Sadly, i'm still waiting...
Update: I have received my refund to my bank account. Valerie from Infurn has the whole time kept me up to date, both via phone and mail. At first I was afraid that I never would get my money back, but now I did, so my only complaint is that it took too long.
