Was a bit worried about ordering a kitchen over the internet as we have always used an established company in the past. However we were building an extension and had to cut costs. We had seen the kitchen in a showroom and fell in love with it. We then started searching the net and saw our kitchen. My husband started working out what exactly we needed to order to compare prices and we guess we must have saved about 4000 pounds which was alot of money to us' We were then able to purchase NEFF appliances which we weren't getting from the kitchen showroom. They do ask you if you want your units to have pre-drilled doors which was to cost another say 100 - 150 pounds - we did not go for this option as we were getting it fitted by a joiner. However if you are planning installing it yourself I think paying the extra would be well worth it - it seemed to give our joiner alot of headaches and a few sweary words were aired. Would definitely recommend without hesitation unless you have plently of money to burn. At the delivery the driver does not deliver the goods into your house unless you pay extra - again we had builders and saved on costs again but if you don't have alot of helpers I would again recommend paying the extra.
