Delay, lack of communication, missing any kind of respect

Bestelling van een 'chair', geplaatst in maart 2013, levering voorzien in juli, verplaatst naar oktober, kwalitietscontrole niet gepasseerd ... heel erg jammer, maar dit kan natuurlijk.
Nu het oktober is, even mijn account checken en de levering weer verschoven naar december 2013 ! Beide malen zonder enige vorm van communicatie, en klagen brengt enkel een automatisch antwoord in je mailbox ... triestig, hier is een enorm gebrek aan respect voor de klant !
Een snelle en duidelijke oplossing, dit is wat ik wil, niet 10% sorry vouchers voor een volgende bestelling die ik toch noooooit zal doen !

Order made march 2013, Initial delivery date, august 2013,
postponed to december 2013 ... postponed feb 2014 ... what's next ?

Thank you for your comments, and further to our telephone conversation this morning with regard to your order for the Arne Jacobsen The Egg Chair with Ottoman.

We are sorry for the delay with your chair, and having checked the order details today, although it is unlikely to be there before the planned delivery date as shown in December, nevertheless it will still arrive.

I am sorry if you felt a lack of respect and communication which was not at all intended. Customers are of the utmost concern to us. The system is such that due to the large volumes of orders, we do request that Customers regularly check into their individual Customer accounts to keep track on the progress on their orders. However, their is a call back system and email contact form available too, and you are welcome to contact me via the Forums site until your chair is delivered.

I have also checked the In stock items today, see if there is an the Egg chair with ottoman available for a quicker delivery, but there is not one at present.

If a suitable chair becomes available in stock in the near future, and subject to your agreement, we will add it to the order for you.
