I have so many clothes from ted baker, shies, suits, coats and accessories, love the style however the buttons on my pea coat don't stay on too long, they must be poorly attached, I've been to the floral street Ted baker store and contacted their on line help desk, they don't come back to you, they take your details numerous times, how hard can it be too provide a number of buttons for a pea coat, they claim they will look into it and after 2 months nothing, and certainly no contact. I wouldn't normally write a review but so annoyed that I can't wear my coat, will take my business elsewhere in future, there many equally good grands. TED BAKER your service is SHOCKING.

I checked my bank account and found I was charged twice. It was picked up by Maximuscle and they refunded, however it did take 3 days to refund the money but taking it out was 3 seconds.
My overcharged money has been paid back, but unfortaneyly over a weep later still no sign of the goods I ordered, very disappointed on the experience,. Charged twice and no products.
