Poor courier service

After sending my brother a bottle of single malt for his birthday I received an email saying it was being delivered-fine......except Parcelforce did not leave a delivery card to say they had been and that he had to collect from Post Office as he wasn't in.If I hadn't checked he had got it ok several days later and then tracked the order myself it would still be sat in the Post Office instead of being received well in time for his birthday.He would never have known.

We do advise to let recipients know that they will receive a package and for customers to check the tracking just in case a card is not left by the courier, however, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
