Absolutely pathetic service

Living in the UK, I placed and order to have my mothers flowers delivered in NZ for her birthday only to be told on the morning (UK time) of her birthday (NZ night) that they do not deliver to that part of NZ. May I add that she lives in central Auckland, the largest city in the country.

Absolutely appalled and now I have to let my mother know that nothing will be turning up for her.

Response from the company offers no explanation why they cannot deliver to the largest city in the county and the voucher was a lousy 10% off, if it was 10% off another respectable company then maybe I would use it, not touching these guys with a 10ft pole
