From the Moment we walked into the shop in Guildford to the time they delivered the furniture was a very good exsperiance, and as we know in this day and age that's not always the case, within an hour of purchase which was on a Sunday afternoon we had our first text and email to say the funiture was ready to be delivered please phone us, so on the moday morning I did just that and the very next Monday the funiture arrived and we were kept informed at every junction including a three hour time slot for the delivery and a phone call from the driver to tell me what time he would be there and he was, and we didn't pay for the delivery either which was offered if we wanted it quickly, oh and we are very happy with out purchase in every way possible, good quality, and very good communication,

I have brought from this company before and although there was a fair wait I did eventually receive the canon lens! and all was good !!!!
But this time it is very much a case of I'm not sure if I'm going to receive my latest purchase from them another canon lens, as I have sent then 2 emails both of which they haven't bothered to reply to and as with over people reviews on here the status of my order keeps changing from one thing to another which Leeds me to believe they have absolutely no stock of anything that they have on the website, which to me means they are using the money they take from our credit cards and bank account to fund buying the goods before then trying to get them out of Hong Kong without paying any duty ! Now don't get me wrong I like a bargain as much as the next person in line but something can be a cheep as chips but if you don't have the stock and can't for fill the orders then you have no right to take someone's money in the first place !!
To say I'm disappointed would be a mild understatement and when this is resolved I will never use the company again and I'm wishing I hadn't bothered this time, but as the saying goes, learn by your mistakes and it sounds as thought a lot of people are learning a lesson.

Update, so if you post a bad review about this company online, they reply to it, but not to your emails to them, what is going on at SE are they so busy trying to read all these bad reviews that they've taken there eye of the ball !!!! Don't think so but have just sent another email to them so we will see what happens, I'm not expecting it to but you never know, so I will keep you posted.
