Bad customer communication

From the experience so far, it's a bit poor.

Firstly they don't make it clear enough the certain items are fulfilled by a 3rd party and that alterations for delivery need to be communicate to the 3rd party.

The only way you can find if a 3rd party is involved is by viewing your order details on the tracking page. They should include this information on the order confirmation or send out a separate email with the fulfillers details.


Secondly, don't respond (other than automatically) emails with updated information about delivery details. and they don't seems to update the people it uses to fulfil it's orders. An email responding to say that you have to contact the 3rd part would have been good.

It seems that gardensite.co.uk uses 4storemore.com to fulfil some of it's orders.

Speaking to them (4storemore.com) on the phone, there was little ownership of the problems encountered or that any extra steps should be taken (by themselves) to remedy the situation. (Really probably shouldn't be surprised as I'm not really their customer)
