Ordered a fridge on-line, was given a delivery date and promised an email to confirm delivery time slot the night before. Guess what no email (it should be automatic). Went to their "Know How" site to track the order but it asked for a ref.no. beginning with 74 -mine didn't! Rang them (0844 561 1234 and 0000) but the automated voice said they did not recognise my ref no and just referred me to two other web sites before cutting me off! In the end had to pretend I was buying something to actually speak to a human being. Got transferred twice (and put on hold for 15mins - is this another way Currys make money?) before someone in deliveries said they knew there were problems with their computer systems!!!!
Well waiting to see if the fridge is delivered this afternoon although from other reviews I am not confident !!!!
