Not very happy

I tried phoning you a number of times on fri before l booked couldnt get through, so booked my flight but wanted too add my dog, l eventually got through on mon morning only to be told no kennels available on my sailing or plymouth, so could only get vouchers or rebook the 18th which was ten days later much later than l wanted, so one unhappy customer, why you cant do all online like other companies beats me

We are very sorry to hear that you had some problems getting through to our support lines. As we are now in the off the peak season - it shouldn't be a problem at all.

We do always advise our customers who wish to travel with pets to make sure at first, that the kennel for the pet is available, before any booking details are submitted, especially for very popular routes,like Portsmouth-Santander.
