cold pensioners,,,,
although the spare i needed could have been bought cheeper elsewhere, it would have taken a week to get it,
as an old couple were shivering it was important to get the part quick,,,,,,,
they had the part in stock and rushed it through to me telling me how to highlite its urgency, this i did and the hard to get part arived he next day,,,,
excellent service and i am very impressed,,,
very happy, very happy pensioners, will use again
