Too Much Downtime - Service doesn't work!

People rely on being able to get hold of me - today's and Friday's network and website outages are terrible. Hours of call and text outage is almost unheard of these days. Giffgaff need a more resilient model and should think about whether their model is capable of offering a professional, resilient service.
I'm leaving for one of the major providers.
