Ordered 25 kg of peanuts in early January. After nearly two weeks I contacted them by email and phone (no one picked up) to enquire when my order would arrive. I have not heard anything at all and wish I had read the reviews before ordering there. With Brinvale or Titmuss the order would have been delivered within 2 days. We have relations in Cannock, perhaps they can help, otherwise I will report them to the police, Trading Standards, Watchdog and Rip-off Britain. This company should not be allowed to trade.

I order nearly all my pet food and other items from Titmuss. The variety of goods and their prices are excellent. Delivery is nearly always free of charge and very quick.
