Policy of rude and incompetent support

The templates are great when they work. Good value, quick and easy. However, when a legitimate technical issue arrises they duck and dodge, give condescending suggestions about why you don't really have a problem, and eventually hang up on you when they reach the end of their repertoire of stupid answers. No joke. They hang up on you. And it's not because I was a jerk. I kept my composure through their repetitive insulting responses. With me, they then called back twice within a few minutes but hung up as soon as I answered. Scary culture for a company who has your personal and financial information.
Btw my issue was that the whole home page flickers intermittently when the new slideshow app changed images. I'm a photographer. Also the first time you load the home page, there's this huge gap where there shouldn't be. We did the screen sharing thing and despite the fact that the flickering happened obviously several times, she claimed not to see it, and again, offered ridiculous suggestions of why I thought I was seeing this happen...then hung up.
Sketchy company.

I am very sorry that you are having a tough time with our phone support. Please ask to speak with a manager the next time you are having any issue with our support staff. The behavior you are describing is unacceptable. We record all of our calls and our management team will review the call and go over any retraining that needs to be done with the agent.
