I have always used Parcel2go to send the stuff I sell on Ebay, it is inexpensive so I get a good selling rate as I don't scare buyers with high postage rates, very quick and easy to book, the online form is very user friendly. Collection always happens on the date agreed and I have never had the need to complain or claim for a missing or damaged item.
Today I had a problem with printing my label, it seems that this is a fault with my browser rather than a fault at Parcel2go, I clicked on the icon to speak to a customer advisor, my problem was immediately acknowledged and the problem solved within seconds. The Customer advisor was a very helpful lady called [name], I only wish there were more people in shops and online with the same helpful and positive attitude when a customer faces a problem.
