I ordered 2 chairs on the 12th of August, expecting there to be a reasonable wait time for delivery. Once the order had been confirmed and the money had been debited, the gave me an expected delivery date of December, which is absolutely pointless as I needed the chairs long before. I cancelled the order the same day, and received confirmation of this, and had it in writing that the money would be back in my account within 30 working days.
30 working days later, there is still nothing. I email to complain (as you frustratingly can't contact them by telephone!!!!), and I receive a call the next day to apologize and tell me that the money would be with my shortly. Almost two weeks later, and STILL nothing! I have emailed again twice to complain and have received no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM INFURN. I ordered exactly the same chairs from [external reference] and received them within the week at a much lower cost.
If I do not hear from them by the end of this week, I'll be starting a more formal complaint on Monday! Very disappointed with the level of service, and I certainly won't be shopping with them again/.
