I am really dissapointed about the performance but especially about the product quality from Infurn. I ordered a ball chair and a Tulip armchair. The ball chair was delivered after 6 months and showed cracks. I had to store in outside since the smell was so bad that we are having our concerns about the materials used. Infurn delivered a new ball chair. This time it looks fine.
The Tulip armchair came after 11 months. Yes, 11!! And: It shows big cracks. They have the length of around 15cm. I tried to turn in a claim via the Infurn Homepage but after logging in I get stock since the system does not allow me to select a product of my order. Then I asked for a return call: Earliest date: In 5 weeks! I also tried the Hotline once and ended up on an aswering machine in Spain. Good I speak Spanish!
In all Fairness, am I supposed to be impressed?
