Well, UPS says zen gave them a wrong address midway, so mattress was re routed to correct address. By the 3rd day of expected delivery, I called UPS. They informed me they would reimburse Zen. What about me? We have guests arriving on the 15th of this month & no bed. I sure would like to resolve the issue asap. I placed the order August 31, here it is Oct 3rd, 2013.
