Having been mucked about by another company I contacted CBS, they were helpful and polite, said that items would be despatched that day and I would receive them tomorrow and it happened.
I was looking for specific items from Ryobi and got everything in one order, no false promises or delays.
I can be critical if I need to be and the only crticism here is the lack of communication. 1 of 3 items wasn't available until 21st Sept. even though I placed the order on the 1st. I had no idea I was going to have to wait so long until I phoned. The first call should have generated a call back... it didn't.... on my second call the bloke couldn't have been more helpful, at least he told me how it was. I cancelled the order (£247) and bought elsewhere. On a plus note, NO money had been taken from my account so cancelling was easy.
The designer was a bit lost and nervous but he was new at it.
NEVER accept the first quote from the designer, he quoted £6000 but after telling him 'you are kidding' he suddenly found that he could take OFF £2000....... result, wish I'd told him I could only afford £2500 ha ha.
The fitter was a 'top bloke' no mess but left all the wrapping and left over cornices, facias and off cuts. A bit of nagging customer service and they arranged for a local Skip company to remove it all.... another result.
Don't be afraid to argue the toss with this or any other company...... the customer is King.
An absolute shambles from the start. They tell lies about delivery and then cancel an agreed delivery date. A Micky Mouse company with more negative revues than positive. Don't expect a refund when they say. Reported to CC company and Trading Standards also every Group I belong to on FB totaling over 8000 people.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE if you don't buy then they'll go out of business, deservedly so.
