UPDATED: I was surprised to actually receive a call with a confirmation that the refund had been processed. Now checked my bank account and I have indeed received my money back!!
On August 11th I placed an order but when seeing the estimated delivery time I immediately cancelled the order and was promised a refund. I also find it ridiculous that the refund should take 30 business days, but nevertheless patiently waited even though I had now discovered the poor ratings of this company.
Now more than 40 days have passed and the only possible conclusion is that this is fraud. In the last communication from Infurn they claim that "something must have gone wrong in the administration and customer service have asked the administration to sort it out..."

After writing a review of their services I then received a phone call from someone offering their apologies but still no confirmation of when I should expect to receive my money back. How difficult could this be to arrange if they had any intention of returning the money they owe...
