Having my account limited has done me no favours at all. I sent the company an e-mail and explained that I am not a whizz-kid on a pc, I do not have a printer/scanner, and I wouldn't know how to send the req'd info anyway. All I had back was their standard e-mail stating my acc. was limited. After speaking to the co. on the phone about this I am still in the same position. I can understand the need for security on-line as my ISP was, without success, hacked, but surely the co. can be a little bit flexible in their rules. As a bye-line I live approx. 8 miles from a small town and 15 miles from a large one!!
