We've been with Telenet for about 4 years now. Whenever there's an issue with the internet - for example at 4pm every Monday it went off for about 30 mins to 1 hour - their standard response is that they'll send someone to investigate, but we must pay for the call out. If they find a problem that's their responsibility, they will refund the call out.
Regular dropping of the connection on the same day at the same time every week is obviously something to do with their service, but they refused to accept it. We also have regular issues with the cable TV. It's really slow (annoyingly slow), and the TV guide randomly disappears so that you can only see 24hrs in advance.
The programs often don't record correctly because of something that's interrupted the feed.
We are currently investigating a switch to another company.
I've given them 3 stars however as their installation engineers are good, and always turn up when their supposed to.

I buy a specific brand of toothpaste from them. For the last order there wasn't enough in stock to fulfill my request completely. When I asked for the order to be reduced so that I wouldn't have to wait it was no problem. Full refund for the balance was received promptly.

There isn't a lot I can add to the other good reviews. I buy as much as I can from them just because they're quick, precise, have good customer service and very often it's free delivery.
Being outside of the UK it's my main source of things like books, DVDs, games etc. Delivery to the mainland is never a problem.
I went through the process of buying some phone covers. At the checkout something went wrong and there wasn't any confirmation of whether the order was processed or not.
I immediately sent an e-mail asking to check if they had received my order, explaining what had happened. No response.
I haven't received any phone covers so can only assume that the order was not correctly processed. I bought them from somewhere else after waiting for a week for them to respond - which they didn't.
