If you are lucky enough to receive your order, months after you paid for it you are lucky. Just because you buy and pay for an item on the website does not mean you will receive it. The excuses will come thick and fast and will range from 'the item is on its way to you' to 'we can no longer source the item, you are being refunded' this is after they have sat on your money (while it gains them interest).
It makes no difference if you are a long standing, loyal customer either. There is no way to contact them by phone, you will have to rely on e-mail.
My advice is buy through a website that you can trust, the aggravation is not worth the discounted goods.
I've used this company several times and I've been impressed each time. You put in your postcode and they show you all the different takeaway restaurants in your area, they pass your selection onto the restaurant and payment is done through them. Excellent service.

Finally found a way to get cards sent to Australia quickly. I can rely on Moonpig, to get the cards there on time for birthdays etc. it's much better than trying to send one from the UK, which takes forever and is touch and go as to wether my family in Oz get it on time.
Fast delivery, excellent service and completely trustworthy.
I flew first class to Dubai with Virgin and was extremely disappointed with their service. Although the airport lounge was great they cram too many people onto the plane. We were on the plane for many hours and looked forward to being able to lie down and get some sleep but, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable and because people were walking up and down they kept bumping into our feet. The style of the seat is ridiculous as your feel are aimed at the walkways. The bar area was next to the seats and people standing drinking there made it impossible for anyone to rest. The meal, when it was served was late and very protracted.
How could Virgin get it so wrong? The whole placement and designs of seats are wrong they should check out BA who manage to give their customers both comfort and privacy.
I will never travel Virgin again, unless they have a radical rethink. It's very expensive to travel first class but, that doesn't worry me if they give me comfort and service.
May I also add that in their first class lounge there were many services on offer from manicure to hairdressing but unless you were warned to book these immediately the appointments were filled up. Nobody bothered to tell us this so we were extremely disappointed.
