Very slow delivery with poor service
It is a little cheaper than other providers, but the delivery is slow. I had a few issues with delivery on the 5 items I dispatched but one was "signed for" and never received. Customer service has taken 6 weeks to try and get this last resolved and have failed 100%. The advisor's themselves were courteous but very ineffective. In short my (allegedly) "stolen" item has cost me a lot on phone charges and personal time. I will never use this courier again.

Quick, easy, honest and fair.
I got the exact money promised within 1 working day of sending it recorded at the post office. There was a slight crack in the case but as the phone was working I still got £169. Not the biggest payout for old mobiles, but i trust mazuma and would use them again. Excellent service!
