Don't return email in regards to faulty items. Do not return faulty items.

Normally ok to deal with. Had broken item and seems to be lost in the system. I will think next time I purchase. Might go to China next time they are really good.

POSTED: 14/10/2013: Waited a further two days then received a email asking me to send pictures of item...Send email telling them that the item had to be repaired for the customer. receive email back three days later telling me that because I repaired the item for the customer that they refuse to do anything. This was one item value of $19.00 out of an order of $500.00. Before ordering from this lot please check their return policy especially if you are overseas!!!! What a joke over a $19.00 item. If i could I would now give this lot Zero Stars.Thanks [name] and [name] for nothing. Go onto [external reference] order from China much cheaper better return policies.
