Item sent quickly however postage cost £3 but was charged the standard £5 for postage. Had a query as I believed the item was at the end of it's sell,by date so wasn't too happy. I felt that the attitude to customer service could have been better, they called back & left a message to say the item was not out of date and indicated there would be a follow up call which I have not had. So they haven't left a good impression and I've overpaid for postage......
