Appalling service for Dyson repair

We have now been waiting 8 weeks for our Dyson to be repaired. We were initially told it would be fixed on site, only for a courier to then collect it and take it away. After 3 weeks we began chasing, firstly to be told it was fixed and was going through testing. A week later we were told it hadn't been fixed and they were waiting for parts. Two weeks later we were ensured it would be returned on the Wednesday of that week, fixed. My husband called at lunch time to see what time they would be coming, only be told the parts hadn't even arrived yet. After 6 weeks we were promised a refund, which still hasn't gone through, and we are still waiting for our Dyson to be fixed and returned. It has now been 8 weeks! And we seem to be no further along. The service has been absolutely appalling, we have been promised follow up calls but we have never received them, we have to constantly chase this up. How can a simple repair job (we have been told it is the filter) take 8 weeks! I would never recommend Repaicare, I don't know how a company like this can operate with this poor level of service.
