Will not be using this company again, customer service is near non-existent, so if you want to speak to anyone you will be out of luck as there is no phone number and you recieve automated messages. I only got a response when I brought up trading standards They may be cheap but save yourself the hassle and pay a few quid extra and shop elsewhere. I wonder if Richard Branson realises how much of a shambles this company really is?
