Appalling Service

I ordered a Printer from Currys Online a month ago needless to say I haven’t got it, I have sent 25 emails and wrote to Head Office none of which have been answered, I have made 5 phone calls which told me to look at their web site which was pointless, similar to the KnowHow team.
To make matters worse I have written to master card on two occasions and they have not replied either.
I guess the term “rip-off Britain” is alive and well.
