I've heard bad things about these guys but having used their internet and phone services for the past few years, I can't see anything wrong with them at all; a few weeks ago the internet was down and I rang their info line very quickly and their was a detailed description of the fault and an estimation of the likely time before resumption of service; fine, I went off and did something else until they were up and running again; prices on a par with other providers; good service
they came up cheapest on internet comparison site for fully comp, living in the sticks 50 yr old male; one of only a few names I recognised that came up in the list anyway; good value policy schedule details; good telephone staff who made honest and clear additional service offers with clear indication of what they might cost; I believe they started out insuring women only but clearly not so now; check them out
I ordered a product from this company in Nov/Dec 2009 and it arrived in Jun 2010 and I had to repair it to make it work! (small electrical item with loose wire).
Stupidly I put my trust in them again in January of this year 2011 and ordered some bits and pieces. Two items arrived in late March and I'm still waiting for the last item which I've been told is at last in their packing department awaiting dispatch so hopefully it will be here soon - it's now 18 Apr.
THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES ITEMS IN ITS CATALOGUE FOR WHICH IT HAS NO STOCK WHATSOEVER. They order the items from the various stock holders or manufacturers only when they have received and cashed an individual order from a customer. They have no control as to the immediate availability of any products advertised in the catalogue hence the atrocious delays.
Many other on-line retailers manage to provide a high standard in terms of receipt of order and subsequent delivery times. easylifegroup may have very courteous telephone staff but they need to sort out their stock and delivery system if they wish to get any repeat business.
