I was searching the internet for some 3 ft bed frames for my children and decided on the City Block black metal frame design. I'd seen them advertised on various websites, prices ranging from £80 to £140. Bed SOS were offering the bed frames at £84.00. My sole choice for going with Bed SOS was purely on price and they were offering free delivery with next day option. As I needed the frames rather quickly this was perfect. The online order experience was easy to understand and the day before delivery I received an email to say that the bed frames had been dispatched and to phone the couriers to arrange a delivery window for the following day. The number I had to call was a free phone number (always a good thing). The call was answered quickly, arrangements made and my bed frames arrived Tuesday afternoon. I have no complaints and would recommend Bed SOS to anyone. Excellent service
