I paid for my goods online with the next day delivery option selected. The next day I called to confirm my greenhouse was on its way and was told it wasn't arriving until 2 days later and that the website was wrong. There was no offer to try to resolve my problem, barely an apology and no compensation. Even after I explained that it was a birthday present and I was only off work that day, still no offer to see what they could do. Spoke to two people with shocking customer service skills. I had to cancel my order and look elsewhere in the end. I could have ordered it from tesco but was trying to give a small business my custom instead.
