Best customer service of any courier.
Very impressed with their system of informing me of delivery dates/times. I have had three parcels delivered at various times and all three deliveries have been spot on.

Generally pretty good.
I was pleased with the service overall and would buy from them again.
I did phone once and it took an age to get through, but when I did the agent was polite and helpful.
I had planned on waiting three weeks and was OK with that, but I paid by direct transfer to avoid the credit card charges (pity), and that added another week as nothing happens with the order until the money is cleared in their bank account.
Computer well packed in a large box (too big for the courier to easily throw around) so that was good, and it worked out of the box. I am very pleased with the quality.
I love the fact that there is no software junk pre-installed as one gets with most other suppliers.
