The bulk of the order arrived ok albeit on different days as it was split. One of the products was missing the crucial mounting brackets. A month on and still no sign of Victorian PLumbing replacing them despite numerous phonecalls / emails / begging. It's useless without these things. Indivdually the customer service staff are very helpful but as a group it's utterly hopeless.
The biggest gripe is the amount of time spent waiting to get through to Customer Service. Thankfully it's a freephone number. I've waited 40 minutes plus before being cutoff and only moved four places in the queue. Absolutely unacceptable.
Really - this company doesn't have ANY customer service support. After two months waiting for a motorbike shed it still hadn't appeared. There is no customer service phone number (just an orders number) and they only allow emails which they then don't respond to.
I threatened to take them to court (and meant it) via the sales line and strangely things did start to happen with the order. When it was finally delivered one of the main parts was wrong. I didn't even bother trying to contact Galaxy but spoke to the manufacturer who sorted the whole thing in 24 hours.
