Just ok

I am on a £15 a month plan. This gives me no problems in the UK. But on a recent holiday abroad after 1 phone call my service was stopped due to size of bill and the only call allowed to sort it out was to a non English speaking operator. I had to wait until I got home to be able to get it sorted.
