When I attempted to check out on their online store the card verification appeared to fail, returning me to the checkout page. As it was a Sunday I planned to phone on Monday to resolve the issue. The store even sent an automated reminder that it looked like I had not finished my purchase.
The customer service rep that I spoke to on Monday was not only polite and helpful in fulfilling the order but was happy to discuss my specific needs and the possibilities of future custom orders while he did so.
Many industrial suppliers have poor customer service, in my experience, so it is particularly gratifying to find one that is not only excellent but also sells to the general public.
