After purchasing tickets in March and paying a hefty £374, we have been informed (today) 3 Days before the concert, that they don't actually have the tickets, they can't get us an alternative and we have to wait for 3-15 days for a refund! This leaves us with no concert to attend, a hotel booked and paid for and now thanks to GET ME IN we have no extra money to try and find tickets ourselves for Friday. This company (if you can call them that) are selling tickets they don't have, sitting on your money for months making them a nice bit of interest and letting you down at the 11th hour. I would AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
