Anglo Pacific needs to spruce up its communications and customer service. I shipped 4 tea chest boxes from Australia to the UK using Anglo Pacfic at the UK end. While it was a breeze dealing with King and Wilson in Australia, it was always an effort to get information out of Anglo Pacific. I had to send multiple emails and make several phone calls to confirm when my boxes would arrive and even then I doubted they would get here. In the end, they arrived a month late and only 2 out of the 4 were still intact. Luckily I had lined the boxes with garbage bags so the items didn't fall out.
Not sure I'll be using Anglo Pacific when I return to Australia.
