I ordered an item which was damaged in transit. I refused the delivery when I noticed that the packaging was ripped and the casing of the speaker scraped and cracked. After alerting the stafford branch I was hoping that the a refund will be issued however I was told that the item was still in working order and was sent again for a delivery.
I am not impressed with the service and I think this should've been handled in a different manner.
I have purchased many things from CC but this one was really bad experience.
