I was able to order my item, but the very next day it wasn't avaiable.so don't understand why my order was accepted.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed.

Unfortunately our stock system let us down on this occasion. The product you ordered was a clearance product from a previous season so we were unable to source another pair for you. I notice a refund was applied immediately and Laura did offer you a discount code as way of an apology.

I also notice this is your 5th order with us so hopefully you will know out of stocks happen very rarely. Thanks for your continued loyalty and I hope the discount code will come in handy in the future.
