Your Service stinks

I ordered flowers for my boss wife for their 20th wedding anniversary on the 7th of October 2013 for same day delivery. it did not arrive, I got a message to say if I want to cancel or have it delivered next day with complimentary upgrade. I chose the next day option , still no sign of the flowers on the 8th and no message tell inform me of where my flowers are. I want a full refund as my boss wife has now checked out of the hotel. I had to get interflora to deliver to her. I will never use your services again nor will I recommend you.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the problems that we encountered with your order. Unfortunately due to a lack of coverage in the area on the requested day and independent florists in the area being closed, it was not possible to deliver in this instance.

We can see from the notes on your order that our Customer Service team advised you of this as soon as possible but it would appear that they were regrettably slow to respond to your reply. We are truly sorry for this.

We can also see that our Customer Service team have been able to try and address your concerns subsequent to this review.
